The parking lot will be plowed by the landlord. On the 
other hand, the snow removal of the balconies, entrance, 
sidewalk and staircase will be the responsibility of the 
tenant.

The tenant will have a right of access to the land.

The tenant has no right to keep one or more animals.

The tenant does not have the right to smoke in the premises 
(tobacco, vaping and canabis).
